The following questions will help us to find out if you are what we expect from a member of Redrum Inc, please take some time to answer them seriously as they are the most important part of your application.
Talents: Explain why you're using the spec that you are, what specs you've tried, and why you came to the conclusion that this spec suits you the best.
As Holy I currently run 51/20/00(1) which is pretty much a cookie-cutter build for Holy Paladins these days.
Divine Sacrifice is pretty good for certain encounters. Just another soak ability, but used well it makes you get through certain phases easier and also makes 1 of your Divine Plea less risci to get through.
Improved Devotion Aura is handy for the 6% extra Healing throughput raid-wise - most likely not needed if there is Restoration Druids around. Still picked it up for "just-in-case" and 10-man content.
Though I did run 51/00/20(2) in the early days of WotLK. Pursuit of Justice was decent. Less time running, more time healing. Besides 10% lower mana cost on instants which was handy with T7 2-set bonus, Flash of Lights.
(10% additional chance to crit on Holy Shock) and even more crit from Conviction and Sanctity of Battle made a good synergy. Besides, Illumnation gave us 60% mana returns back on crit back in those days.
Not much content which were badly in need of soaks. Sure there was Heigan and Thaddius, though most death there was screw-ups, not lack of soaks. Could have picked up Divine Sacrifice for Malygos, though I felt it would be a waste of talents to pick up Divine Sacrifice for a boss on farm status by pick-up groups.

Gear: Talk a bit about the gear you currently have, what makes it good in your eyes, how could you improve it outside of raiding?
I am almost decked out in iLvL264. Well, then there is this Libram of Renewal which is iLvL200. It reduces my Holy Lights with roughly 10%. It works for me, fuck gearscore. Also there is a Talisman of Resurgence which is pretty good for the high amount of Intellect on it and an astounding +599 Spell Power on use which is good to get through a Divine Plea. My other trinket slot is Solace of the Defeated, sadly only the normal one. Even though Holy Paladin overheal a lot, Spell Power is still welcomed, but I picked it up for the high mp5s on it. It works for me.
Still need Emblems of Frost. Daily Dungeon is daily.
UI: Upload a screenshot of your current UI in a raiding environment and place a link to it below (tips for hosting sites: http://Photobucket.com/ / http://www.wowimages.net/ / http://imageshack.us/
There is nothing to see - WoW standard user interface. You might notice the PallyPower, Beacon Of Light Tracer, WatchSacredShield and TrinketMenu.

Tell us what you expect from the items you wear (the stats you favor, those you try to avoid):
I prefer stacking intellect. It boost spell power, mana-pool, mana-regen through Divine Plea and Replenishment, spell crit (therefore regen through talents). Healers running out of mana is during a boss fight is pretty bad.
Otherwise my prioritizes goes: Haste > Mp5s > Crit > Spell Power.
Guild: Why do you want to join Redrum Inc, what type of guild are you looking for, and what do you look for in a guild?
Write here
Parses / Logs: Can you provide any links to World Of Logs / Wow Web Stats / Wow Meters Online log parses featuring yourself performing in a raid? Being able to provide such information can greatly increase your chance of success and speed up the application process. If you are looking for how to record logs yourself >> try this <<
Sorry, can't provide it.
Personal: What do you think are your biggest strengths and weaknesses when it comes to raiding?
I know my class, I know what to do, I got a good views of the fights. If I got told to handle a certain task, I handle it.
I kinda eager to keep players alive, so I do burn my mana slightly too fast.
How well do you take criticism in a new encounter and how do you handle it?
As long it is constructive criticism, I'll soak it up and improve.
Been raider for some time, so I am not soft-skinned.
WoW: What are your goals in WoW, what do you want to achieve and how long do you plan to keep playing?
I have no intend to stop playing World of Warcraft. What I am trying to achieve in this pixel-game... Is to have fun raiding on a serious level to satisfy my e-peen. Also, I like competition - but I wouldn't be sad to have influence on getting Ye Olde Goone Squade way behind Redrum Inc. raid-wise and PvP-wise of course.
Any information you would like to add?
Yes. This is me:
